Well if you know it was medically unnecessary and your gut feeling said it was wrong, I’d say yes, you would have reason to report him. There are medical procedures that are embarrassing/uncomfortable/an indignity but you know they’re necessary. But if the experience left you feeling violated, trust your gut.
