I use knives on a daily basis to cut produce. Personally I prefer a dull cheap knife over an expensive sharp knife. To me it’s not how sharp the knife is but more how you use the knife. When I go home to my kitchen I use the same cheap brands of knifes and never have problems cutting really thin slices or chopping…
