if that were the case people would be let go left and right in this state without any more than a kick in the ass on the way out their door. However that is not the case, they are given reasons as to why their employment was terminated just like everywhere else in the country.

Why? A company can lock you out during the next round of union negotiations, Hire temporary replacement workers, and than hire new employees at a fraction of the cost under company friendly terms.

So right to work is not right to work? Yes in theory they can simply fire you for anything. BUT in reality they need a valid reason to fire you, otherwise they could be facing a lawsuit.
