She's not suing the employee, she's suing Subway.

"Flatizza" sounds like a name for female flatulence.

It kind of seems counterintuitive to me to sue Subway because she feels humiliated by what one employee wrote on something only she & her family saw by going to the media.

That was my immediate response too.

I just don't understand this entitlement mentality.

As someone who wears a 36 DDD bra, is only 5'1", a bit (and sometimes more than a bit) plump with body image issues, I dread having to don a strapless number with matching kitten-heeled shoes.

But it's so rare to see one!
