Truth. Plus it builds up my stamina for when I want to do cardio stuff.
I am also overweight, and trust me, you'll feel it when you're doing it right. ;) But strength training is really rewarding. Your body wants to be strong. I'm obese and I'm able to do 100 squats with perfect form (at once!) after about two months of training 3X a week.
SERIOUSLY. People tried to give me crap when I started weight training and I was like "Hey, I think squats and dead lifts are awesome. Sorry, not sorry." Really people, there are so many other legit things to wring your hands about. Get off my quads.
I really wish I didn't find Prince Harry so attractive.
This... this is not ok... just, not ok Dodai...
Yup :)
Yes, yes it is. If you haven't seen Kate and Leopold, YOU SHOULD.
Nope.
Ugh.
I totally understand, but there's a difference between being an unsympathetic asshole, and being pragmatic; both will get you information faster but the latter still allows you to show some sort of investment in the task at hand.
I feel kind of terrible saying this out loud, but that's exactly the sort of thing I'm hoping for Mrs. Jake Wyler.
Tom Hiddleston is very nearly a perfect human, and someday something really weird is going to be revealed about him. I both dread/perversely look forward to that day.
He kind of brought it upon himself...
Not really the point of this article, but Ben Schentzer was AMAZING in The Book Thief (as were most of the other actors, but the movie is pretty meh).
