Soooo cuuuuttteeeee.

Ok, but that flapper one...

Whatever I've done, it's nothing compared to what SHE did.

Oh, that sounds lovely.

That he hit the scotch a little earlier than usual.

Oh, well done you.

Let us not forget that not all women are putting off making babies because we're "pursuing a career". For many of us, including those who are college graduates, there is no discernible career to pursue. Right now we're pursuing an entry level job that pays enough to allow us to have an apartment of our very own

My reaction upon hearing more Kardashian "news":

Alas, I am but a grey-lady myself. But yes, there are so many great reasons on those boards, and it's very telling that most of them have to do with rape and victim blaming.

I just saw this yesterday, so great!

There's also this incredibly sad tweet... :(

You, make, me, feel like I'm livin a Byz-an-tine dream...

1. I am very impressed by how quickly you found these.

I suppose that's true. Though I would say most people would call bullshit on any "I'm doing it for me." statement, so who knows when to cry foul and when to say right on. It's a matter of feeling.

My feelings exactly. It'd be one thing if he was doing it for himself, but he was really doing it because he felt like he wouldn't be taken seriously if he didn't have perfect skin, which is bullshit.

Agreed. It wasn't until my 20s that I finally pulled myself away from the idea of 'applying my face' everyday, for fear that my natural looking face would frighten others away with it's splotchiness. Now zero fucks are given, unless it's a special occasion. Recently though, I was hanging out with a male friend of mine

Ugh, those clockwork men freaked me OUT. *shudder*

Yup.

Well done Ms. Meyers!
