Hook actually kind of upsets me because it had so much potential. I feel like you can glimpse the promise in the early scenes, but then it immediately descends into silliness in that late 80s/early 90s kind of way.

Me either. I know I saw The Terminal in the theater, but I have absolutely no memory of it. I don't think I even had any strong opinion of it at the time.

I saw Always as a kid and didn't care for it, but I suspect it would hit me a lot harder as an adult.

It does have its moments — I really liked Indy and Short Round..it's a shame Spielberg never brought back that character. (Maybe in the next one?)
