If someone knows your full name, DOB, and SSN off the top of their heads chances are they are you. People get arrested all the time who are innocent. That is why there is idk the entire judicial process and the whole “innocent until proven guilty.”

Serious question: if someone doesn’t have an ID, how else, beyond confirming his birthdate and social security number and looking at a DMV picture, should a police officer be able to confirm an individual is who he says he is?
