This seems like maybe it’s an improvement? Maybe a bit space wasting on my portrait display...
Sadly I’m pretty sure mark has a pocket, not a knife.
That’s a high quality frunk.
Get the 4, all the reviews say it’s a big improvement over the 3. No idea if the Nike+ version is worth anything, but I’d guess probably not much. I don’t wear a watch (not a watch person), though I know a bunch of people with the 4 and they all like it a lot.
I’m pretty sure Trump doesn’t want a war. He wants to sound tough, but he has no interest unless it benefits him (so if things are going bad for his reelection that might change).
I’m utterly perplexed by traffic on 128 suddenly deciding to drive 30 instead of 70 whenever the road is slightly wet. Tires work in the wet!
If you say so. I’ve used cheap laptops that clearly skimped on the keyboard, and I find it hard to believe Apple would ship something that bad, though I haven’t had my hands on the most recent models. Key travel is definitely an issue though on the ones I’ve used.
Sure it’s fat and slow, but a convertible can be fun just by being a convertible, plus its sort of forbidden European fruit...
Hmm, I could use a “My other laptop doesn’t have a garbage screen” for my work laptop... 1366x768 (12.5") vs 3200x1600 (13.3"). I would have been so much happier if they had spec’ed it with the 1080p screen, or better yet, got me an X1 with the 2560x1440 screen. They are buying T480s now I think, I don’t appreciate…
It has to do with the key switches. Mechanical keyboards have some sort of spring loaded physical buckling switch, while more common keyboards use a rubbery membrane. Mechanical keyboards can be better for touch typing, but also tend to be louder and more expensive. In any event, the keyboard used on the Macs is not…
What sort of errors are you getting? Maybe run memtest86? Was the non-cleaned install working?
I think “just like” implies more than one similarity. And besides we could absolutely go to war with a nuclear Iran. They have no way to strike at us. Even if they decided they have nothing to lose, the most they could do is try to strike at US forces in the region or at Israel. And their fairly low tech missiles…
Sounds better than my two semesters of shop. My high school has a drafting class as and elective (which was somewhat tempting, but we had very limited free periods to use on electives, and I used mine for programming classes)
At least it can be fixed. I’ve missed some in comments here, and then missed the edit window. I sometimes feel like I should reply to my self with a close-paren.
This is the best I can do for you:
We had a shop class (and home ec) in middle school, but I don’t remember using (or even talking about) Allen wrenches. Mostly woodworking stuff in shop.
My parking brake really doesn’t do much anyway. Still engage it though, I assume any bit of friction is good if the pawl fails.
I’m usually an apologist for not knowing everything, but this isn’t like highly domain specific knowledge. This is one step above not knowing what a Phillips head is. Even if you don’t know Allen wrench, I’d expect someone to at least get it by hex wrench (though “Ikea wrench” is a good fallback). I wouldn’t expect…
Lenovo was shockingly content to offer only 1366x768 on some Thinkpad for a while (I had a 1440x900 X200s, but my next too machines were a Vaio Z and a Zenbook Prime because Lenovo was playing the low-res game). This one is chunkier, so I imagine it’s more, but I wouldn’t be shocked by 1600x900 at all.
