Not fighting, but I have been to F1 races like Montreal, in turn 10, great seat, with a lot of actions and also a massive giant screen to see the rest of the race. Never been to an oval but if you choose your race right (often good action in Montreal) + a very nice city to spend the weekend, it is worth it. And price

I have been watching F1 for 35+years. Yeah I am becoming old but I also started watching very young. This type of events is a joke, not doing anything for the entertainment on track. Can’t wait to see spectators watching this joke of GP by 7 degree Celsius. Pff

And it would probably cost less to fly to a European GP, I am pretty sure the price of the flight will be offset by the cost of Hotel, food and GP ticket in Las Vegas.

It can be even less than that in my case. In Ontario, Canada, you get bill a monthly service charge, if you own an EV or not (make no difference) and the distribution and transmission is based on Kwh as well

Agree, if you could get it for 35-37K then it is a good deal IMO

I don’t know if this is a political issue but this is my experience. I used to drive a Golf Gti and recently bought a Tesla Model 3. Driving the exact same way, same speed, in the period of 3 weeks I own it, I had at least 4x pick up trucks riding my ass on the countryside roads I am taking to work. Like I said, same

Very true, just the height of an SUV vs sedan, with a similar engine in the real world, will, in part, make for a higher mpg.

Tough sell in my opinion. But I have left Europe 15 years ago so market might have change. This is a very snob and conservative market unless this is niche. But full sized truck is probably a no go, just on the emission side. GM would have to pay too big of a fine .

4: Not an idiot.
Simple mistake. Clearly just a lack of experience, here. And evidence of why I don’t do track days on two wheels.

“Effectively submerged” is not what I would call “Basic weather”. Go try to get a warranty after submerging your combustion engine.

Actually, in most countries outside of the US, it would not happen, because of gun control.

We also have our Trump in Canada, but he is well disguised (and recently received a new look..), has slightly better manner but the rhetoric is the same :( Sad truth is that he will probably be elected as the majority of Canadian will not vote for Trudeau for a 4th mandate (there is no limit in Canada).

For sure, saying that, what is mentioned in this article is still true over the last 15 years I have visited the US for work or vacation. I used to live in France (and now in Canada). The disparity between poor and rich is incredibly shocking to be fair to this 2 Russians guy as well as the way black people are being t

with the ability to disable the rear sensor for slides”

you should open your mind and see what is being done outside of your borders

And bonus, it is also better for the environment

Too small for N.American consumers (I spent half my life in France before moving to Canada). It will have to be the ID3 IMO.

Here some clues, better engine, transmission, rwd, better perceive interior quality on the inside, better infotainment, quieter, drives better.... I don’t think Polestar can justify the difference of pricing just based on a better interior quality. And the Tesla handles better too.

How do they manage to sell some at that price ? meaning in comparison of a Tesla 3. Yeah I get it, the fit and finish is better and Elon Musk BS... but the delta of pricing is very difficult to justify. I am in the process of buying an EV btw. I just don’t get it.

anything Toyota really. I like our Matrix, trunk is surprisingly big, enough room for 2 kids + their stuff and bullet proof, indeed. Exciting, not one bit but does the job as our second car. It was sold as a hatchback, they would call this a crossover these days...
