anything Toyota really. I like our Matrix, trunk is surprisingly big, enough room for 2 kids + their stuff and bullet proof, indeed. Exciting, not one bit but does the job as our second car. It was sold as a hatchback, they would call this a crossover these days...

and then you would have probably end up in jail, because there is something call “law” and you cannot do whatever youfeel morally justified to do so”. I think you wrote yourself “could have killed someone”, he did not kill anybody, or at least the article is not sharing this information. As far as I can remember,

For when you want to save the environment, but as inefficiently as possible”

I don’t know about “efficient manufacturing”, but meanwhile these are hard facts... I am not saying that a company should not make profit but then cutting engineering job is never a good thing.

My bad, I meant Shell.

Great stuff. We also need for female riders on trackdays but then, like always, society have to show to younger girls that they have their place on a track too (and not only because their father was racing/doing trackdays...). Now, I am not sure an Enfield is the most friendly/easy bike to race with, I wish Yamaha or

je ne se quois”

I actually took this tunnel when I was visiting Switzerland as a teenager with my parents, in a car (there is also a car tunnel). This is freaking long (“only” 16km/10miles for cars though). Claustrophobic, make a detour. But that was freaking cool.

Excellent comment. I would still blame people who are making careless choice (comment above) in driving poorly efficient SUV/Truck and by that I mean people who have the wealth to drive efficient smaller vehicles and do not make that choice, because who cares? And yes I very much love driving cars, this is compatible.

True but the real question is are you a small or a big murderer... ;) Are you one of these buying 3 row SUV when you don’t really need one (or for your one camping trip a year), or are you driving as efficient (and small) as you can/should, using your car only when you need it, riding/walking to work/ using public

one can only hope

I have another one for you. The cycling British team sponsored by ExxonMobil during the latest World Championship. FFS

You are naïve or delusional if you think the same level of investment have been put in EV vs ICE for the last 100 years old.

Wow, most answers (minus a few one on the list) are from people that refuse to change obviously. I am not saying that all new tech and changes are good but saying that EV of Level 3 autonomy is a fade is being either ignorant or self-centre. Look at the progress of both technologies in the last 10 years and now

Personally, I have no problem to have to pay a subscription for autopilot technology. I have a bigger problem with heated seats or remote start type of subscription as this is, now, basic tech that should be available if the hardware is present in the car.

A highspeed line needs, protection all around the railway, new trajectory (the curve and angle has to be different), electrical poles (the current VIa rail is diesel) and quite a few tunnels along the way (elevation has to be reduce to a minimum) so it cannot use the same line unless you are using a Siemens train like

Tail wind ? elevation ?

same with ICE to be fair, maybe it does affect more an EV car but I dont get nearly as good gas mileage in the winter than I get in the summer

I know right, if I was taking my half tank mileage and multiply by 2, I would get, theoretically, 750kms out of my tank, BUT my gauge is going down much faster after that and I am lucky if I reach 580km (VW GTI mk7.5 btw).

Nah I think you did alright. If we are not giving a second chance to racist, then we have a real problem with individuals that are in prison for worst mistakes, doing their time and who try to be reintegrated in society. This guy fucked up and he should face consequences but that does not mean he should not be racing
