100% this. If they launched the Jimny in the US at a similar price point to Europe/Japan, I’d be all over it. 

I usually like Brownell’s stuff. I usually don’t agree with his takes, but they’re well supported and makes a good read. David and Jason’s stuff is still my favorite.

I’m the opposite. I was pretty “meh” about the pictures, then I saw one in person and loved it. 

The big issue, is companies like Carvana and Vroom are propped up by investment, so they don’t have to actually make a profit.

Exactly. When I picture the use case for the Bronco Sport, this is what comes to mind. Rutted dirt roads/climbs. 

I rented an i3 once, and figured it would be great in the snow, just like a Beetle. RWD, rear engine, and skinny tires are a great combo!
