The trashfire that ended it really was a disappointment, you knew it had been going downhill even publicly, but you still didn’t want it to end. Also, as a comment here while people may see D2 clone as derogatory, it really is a pretty specific subgenre, and this was one of the greatest examples of it.

I just hope it’s a game where we can make our own hero, rather than having dozens of Iron Men running around while using the Multiverse as a flimsy excuse.

That final year of MHO was a total shit show behind the scenes. Marvel wanted the PC version shut down a full year before it actually did shut down. I think the allegations made towards David was the final nail in the coffin and Marvel washed their hands of a project they considered to be a failure from day 1.

It’s a shame Marvel Heroes Omega failed and was also severely affected by the CEO of Gazillion Games’ “alleged” (but fairly well documented) sexual misconduct. Everyone else in that studio deserved better than the shit show of that game’s collapse in late 2017. I was an active player from closed beta to server

Excuse me, they were actually Naval aviators.

I said you can watch it! It isn’t good though, it’s overly telegraphed schmaltz

For the most part, I don’t think it’s fair to call out older comedies. Comedy is about subverting expectations and expectations grow and change over time, often heavily influenced by the comedy that came before it.

It is such an exacting parody that you really have to see what it did there with every reference to old B&W movies. Might as well be in Latin these days.

Sooo why wouldn’t the ravagers ALSO kidnap Peter?

Michael Rooker’s voice performance was kind of meh, as was Karen Gillen’s. Low energy.

I kind of hated Good Thanos. It was a bit too meta

The SS Barenstein

*slow clap*

It was fun, but I find myself wishing they had taken a little more care with the animation. The voices get lost with the lack of expression in the faces, I find. I wish it had more of that over-exaggerated style of a traditional cartoon (or maybe I just want it to be more like Avatar: the Last Airbender). The only

Korath the Fanboy was pretty great.

Don’t think I appreciated just how great Karen Gillan’s voice is until this episode. I think she plays Nebula really well - kind of dangerous and mocking and confident and mysterious all at once.

“I had to rewind it to see that his ship was called the Mandela.”

A regular strong guy who defeated both Hulk and Thor.

I love Nebula’s new look

Corny as it is, couldn’t help but smile at “Are you crazy?” “No, I’m mad.”
