I am older than him and was an extremely diligent/conscientious student. I don’t recall keeping a calendar back then. Maybe I did, but I sure am not hanging on to anything like that from high school now!!

Yeah, I have a half brother whom I met for the first time only a few years ago. I like him, but I didn’t grow up with him, so it feels awkward to me to call him my brother. Usually my sister and I just refer to him by his name. Anyway, I think it depends on the situation/family as to what you are comfortable with.
