I saw a bio on CNN about Trump about how all of his prenups have some 5 year deal in them - i.e., vastly reduced payout if the marriage lasts less than 5 years. Melania should get out now and cash in (if there even is any cash to be had, which I question).

In Canada all parents have a right to take 12 months off when a baby is born or adopted. There are benefits for part of that time (6 months? - not sure, as i don’t have children myself), but some employers such as mine top up the benefits to 100% of the person’s income while they are off.
