AWD can assist you in accelerating over 2WD but it doesn’t help with turning or braking control that winter tires do. Turning and braking is by far more important than accelerating in snow conditions.

Like Jerry though, would you really want to DR a ‘Wing or big tourer unless you’re retired and or doing some sort of road trip where you need to consume highway miles or have a passenger? I think the novelty would wear off after a season or two especially after you demo a couple smaller bikes.
