I bought a thrift store black velour dress, and some purple fabric and elastic from the fabric store - total cost, $30. A friend helped me cut and sew it all together, and with some over the top makeup, I am going to be one awesome Ursula the sea witch. Even if I only get to wear it to work, it will be worth it!
