So did my Oldsmobile Grand am, the Calais with the lower output quad 4. 330k on it when the rust took out the strut towers. It had a head gasket replaced at 60k, a solenoid in the auto tranny, and belts, plugs, oil changes, tires, brakes, and a couple of mufflers and exhaust pieces. Funny, how the most maligned gm

You forgot the (TM)

I think you might misunderstand me. They think that the procedure is mutiliation and is not an accepted or certified medical procedure (I don’t think they think this, but we’ll go with it). You think it IS an accepted or certified medical procedure that reduces the risk of HIV. I get all this.

From your same article:

I love that instead of bemoaning both practices as potentially cruel, you make people feel bad for wanting to not be physically altered at birth without a say in the matter. Real neat. Good job. Keep up the good work.

Is your HIV+ infant sexually active?

If you live in the suburbs, then you don’t have to worry about infections like someone living in a mud hut. Leave baby’s dicks alone, let them decide what they want on their own when they’re old enough.

A legitimate medical procedure!

You know what else is associated with reduced transmission of STDs?

I think I’m going to listen to pretty much every country outside the US. Seems like they’re doing alright in England and Canada.

Whatever.

For someone who is so smart at Trademarks, it seems so strange that you have missed the point that it isn’t Dominos that is threatening: it’s someone who owns Dominos franchises. In other words, its someone who doesn’t own the trademark and therefore doesn’t have standing.

Or is it the strongest?

So does that mean I couldn’t make money from videos that feature any trademark? So, if I buy an old Chevy, use it to make videos, and the Chevy logo along with “Nova” is all visible, they can force me to remove all that?

He isn’t making money because it’s a dxp car. He is making money by showing how the car is restored. If it was any other car, like his other videos, he would still get views and get paid. The logo being used in his videos is covered over fair use.

I think you might be the only one doing this right.

It is literally the ideal cola: not as battery-acid as Coke and not as grossly sweet as Pepsi.

Sorry, but RC is better than Coke and Pepsi.

If that was true, there’d never be a trademarked image anywhere online, movies, or TV unless it was given approval by the trademark holder. Do you think Jalopnik runs all their articles by the holders and gets approval before each article with relevant pictures? Do news sources like a website or TV news? There has to

Im not trying to argue, I genuinely don’t know trademark law. In the videos is also wearing a Nike sweatshirt and is clearly working on a Chevy car; why is the Dominos branding any different than other branding shown in any other video?
