Hah I meant more because of the way the judicial system in general favors business and industry.

BUT DO THE JELLY BEANS CONSENT?

As someone who just took contracts two years ago (but still) there has to be a degree of reasonableness. Like, the Carnival Cruise case where the purchase of the tickets bound people to arbitration (which, of course, is different from absolving someone of liability completely).

He's a special case. His death is the only thing that can stop him. He's like the terminator.

I can provide case citations! Citizens United, while the bane of my existence, is consistent with Scalia's (and his minions) interpretation of the Constitution.

As an almost-lawyer, this is in no way legally enforceable. If nothing else, there are consumer protection laws/strict liability standards regarding certain chemicals (in extreme cases)/reasonable person standards that would make this patently absurd.

NOOOOOOOOOO AND JUST IN TIME FOR EASTER THE ONLY TIME OF THE YEAR I LET MYSELF GO OUT AND BUY JELLY BEANS. SPECIFICALLY JELLY BELLY. BECAUSE THEY ARE THE BEST.

I know this is a reprint and not a Jez article, but Jez just covered the whole "braids are so IN and TRENDY!!!!!!!1111!! thing just a couple months ago. And of course, all the "braid trendsetters" were white (Jez was pointing out the racism of this, not perpetuating the problem).

YOU ARE BOTH EAST COAST PEOPLE FROM ABOVE VIRGINIA HOW IS THIS NEWS.

I KNOW RITE

IT'S TRUE.

DAMN, MR. TROUT, LEARN YOUR ISLANDS. I haven't forgotten that you didn't know Martha's Vineyard was an island. #shade.

I grew up in a restaurant and worked in the service industry for years. I really have never seen anyone fuck with someone's food. That's a special kind of dickery.

But it doesn't sound 'Murican, it must be fancy!

Yes.

KICKING ASSES AND TAKING NAMES.

I mean, I've seen how OTHER white people respond to Africa, and therefore I might as well have gone and fetishized and romanticized it myself.

EXACTLY.

It is most excellent! I mean, I lived there for the first 18 years of my life, so I'm biased, but it is.
