Learn the history. The Palestinians have fought and pissed off every other Arab state that once tried to help them. Israel, long before we helped them, kicked everyone’s asses. Even Egypt has walled off Gaza. They fought with Jordan even. No one cares anymore.

Israel is the only functional democracy in the Middle East, as 1.6 million Palestinian citizens, and has created a better quality of life for its residents than any other place in that miserable region.
