“Why’s that a problem” -Kansas City, where over half the city is in Missouri,

Right, agree. Except if you break it down to an individual vehicle level, ALMOST all vehicles are less than 1 issue per vehicle. So a Chevy will have .84 issues per vehicle and a Toyota will have .9 issues per vehicle, which is a statistically insignificant difference. The problem is, people will go out and say OMG

Of course I read it. Cars.com methodology isn’t the most accurate representation of “American”. I’ve sited it in other posts, but I prefer the Kogod.

Because it takes more than five seconds to understand, and people don’t want to spend more than 5 seconds understanding something if it changes the narrative they’re used to?

You know, I don’t think I could wade through the confederate flags and trump stickers long enough to hold a conversation with that person.

Right. I worked in a UAW shop, and dues were negligible. No right-thinking person would give up 30-50% of their wage to the union. Smells like an industrial farm-sized pile of bullshit to me.

30% union dues? Which union does this?

That sounds like a lot of bullshit. I work for UPS, and I get 2.5 hours taken out a month. Not even close to 30%.  Not even 30% of one paycheck.

I suspect the union reported wages are loaded labor rates, which include insurance, retirement etc.

VW Vote:

We’re a nation of fools.

Very few people couldn’t be well served by the choice of cars under 20k

He has several sons, a daughter and a son in-law who are available..

What’s even sadder - Chao was actually among the MOST qualified of his cabinet appointees, having previously been a cabinet secretary under Bush 43.

Trump promised to drain the swamp. Instead, he’s elevated and fasttracked corruption to a level that would’ve made Nixon blush. Even the bullshit from the two Bush admins doesn’t come close. (Except for the whole WMD-war-thingie.)

Perhaps the better question: is there anyone less qualified?

New battery pack is $30k I believe.

$30k for a new battery pack??? Holy shit this car is so far in the crack pipe range it’s off the scales!!
