I guess it really depends where you live. I'm in DC and sometimes even have to leave my keys at work when it's very busy.

Sometimes there's no alternative. I don't like Valet parking and I've had cars with a "valet mode" before. That said it just has to happen occasionally. I'm a member of brand-specific forums and ive still handed over the keys to my (admittedly not super-fancy) M235i to a valet. It's just something you do with dailies

Thanks for the kind words! I certainly enjoy the hell out of it.

Awesome. It would look better than my BMW next to my dad's S60 R-Design when I visit home.

I have a burgeoning Swedish car problem. How is it to own? I've always admired them but haven't pulled the trigger.

Goddamn. You exposed my secret lust.

    X6??

Just came here and posted the same thing before reading your comment. Goddamn it's ugly/cheap.

I know I'll get flamed for this and I know it's not what this car is about and I also know it's not quite modern...BUT...that interior is awful. It's pathetic even. I've seen better-looking kit cars. An NSX or 911 of the same era werent as fast but at least they were cars with halfway-decent interiors. There's also a

You had to do that didn't you? Now I want one even more!!

Yes — Alberta! That's where her Canadian family was from.

Same here. It's a stunning car.

My ex is half-Texan and half-Canadian. Very suitable combo.

Just bring back the S2000 and the integra. I don't care about these novelty cars.

Haha. Doesn't totally surprise me. Car perception seems a little skewed over there towards the size = prestige equation.

Yup. I have a 235 and there are lots who subscribe to this viewpoint.

    (1) Will Polestar ever become the equivalent of BMW's M, Audi's S or Mercedes' AMG? That means marketing and being spread across the product line.
