I love both but the P38 doesn't have the same balance of grace and anger that the P51 does (in my eyes). That said, the P61 is one of my absolute favorites.

Agreed with everything here but I do think that the "mid level executive" type would shy away from the 1 and 2 series because they don't have enough perceived prestige. They love the 3 and they also love the low-end 5 series. After all, 5 is bigger than 1 or 2 — at least in their logic.

Cool plane but for me its inline all the way! Same with my cars incidentally....

I did have a specific one in mind. But I should get a lot of sizes just in case!

I tend to agree. Had an F30 loaner and really didn't think it had anything all that special about it. They used to be fantastic. My F22 feels like the last gasp.

You rock. Thanks. Great follow up to my blip shift Black Friday purchase earlier.

Pretty cool stuff. Wish they'd paid as much attention to the driving dynamics though. I just drove the C300 and C400 and wasn't particulaly impressed. Amazing to know the amount of development work behind that though.

I need get this shirt for a woman in my life immediately.

I couldn't have (and didn't) say it better myself.

Damn you! My personal second favorite by a VERY slim margin. These two together are ridiculous.

Oh that P51! Easily the most beautiful plane ever made.

He ruined BMWs. They're only now starting to undo the damage. I can even see shades of E46 in my F22.

Those seats look like they came from a BMW — with the "crumb-catcher" thigh extensions and all.

Plate price aside, all I'm sayin is that British DMV employees are way better looking than ours. Way better.

    He approves.

Would love to see a new 8 series.

I'm a lifelong BMW/VAG purist and I've only had one Merc but this makes me want it so bad. It's got a level of elegance and pace that is seriously on par with an Aston.

I did this in my M235 to a riced out G37 driver the other night who kept rocking it back and forth at stoplights. Well worth the laughs!

    AWESOME!

Thanks. Now it looks more familiar. It's been a while since I've been to Atlanta.
