i bought a ‘95 land rover discovery in roman bronze.

1. I think everybody is taking the “love connects the universe” thing too literally, but there are other more glaring issues I have (time paradox, lack of radiation from the black hole, an unconvincing end-of-the-world scenario). I still love the movie, though, because the atmosphere and theme are compelling.

What does it say about former pres Obama that used one jet to fly the first lady and family out to Hawaii a few hours before the pres himself? Michelle couldn’t wait to fly with her husband? And this scenario played out a number of times over 8 years.

It does pay...in spades. Everyone should strive for excellence, that’s not a “white” value it’s a human value. Speaking properly without give-away intonations, expressions and speech patterns which allow people to automatically discriminate against you before they even see you is important. It will certainly get you

05-07 Honda Accord Hybrid was a secret monster with better mileage than the 4cyl but with more speed then the regular V6.

It also pulls away from the V-8 pretty seriously above 100MPH. If you’re an oligarch of a country with well-paved roads, or frequently find yourself in a car chase, this matters.

Spoken like a true WRX driver who constantly has to justify why he doesn’t have the STI. Secretly sobbing under the sheets about not having one.

The new VW Atlas. You go from a high tech turbo 4 to an old V6 that really isn’t all that much stronger and WAY less efficient. Really VW? You couldn’t showcase a new powerplant here with the new vehicle? In a segment where Ford is offering a V6 with twin turbos, it kinda leaves VW looking like “meh” at the upper end

Worth it in the resale, finding a V8 4runner is a much more expensive proposition than a 4.0. Source: me, I’ve been looking.

But what’s the difference in terms of 0-100, 1/4 mile, 0-150? 0-60 isn’t as meaningful of a statistic as it once was.

You’ve missed the entire point of the sacred V12 in the Maybach if you think it’s meant for “extra speed”. A Maybach is for the badge, the luxury, and the simple bragging rights of having a V12.

..... oh. :-(

I’m guessing you’re one of those pussies that live someplace where 70F is considered a “cold winter day”.

I like Jill Mercury.

Most people don’t want a car that only does one thing really well. That only works if it’s your second or third car, or if you just don’t really need a car. Most people want a car that does most things well enough. And I’d argue that small/medium crossovers do most things “well” even if they don’t excell at any

There’s no way the cable shift mechanism on the Insight can compare to a shifter that’s bolted directly to the transmission as in the S2000.

They’re building what the majority of the public and most car enthusiasts want when buying a new car. Cars that are focused on one aspect generally don’t sell much, especially at entry-level prices where the buyer tends to be able to afford only one car and needs it to do everything.

I can’t get over how everyone speaking about this FYRE fiasco keep talking about people being “safe”. You can almost hear the hushed tones around the word. Give me a break. A day or two stuck on an island in the Bahamas with apparently no water or plumbing system admittedly sounds awful, but I really don’t think

He now owns 27 other exotics....so yes, just yes.

Pagani uses AMG V-12's. Someone would buy them. I’m not talking guy in his garage building a Cobra kit I’m talking Lotus, Bristol, Arial, ect.
