There really isn’t. Otherwise they’d be making them. I would bet a large amount of money that if they made a manual GT convertible, the take rate would be less than 5%

Can’t blame them, ask most people what color they want their car to be in and they look at you like they don’t even know what the question means.
You think 2600 pounds is a “big” car? I hate to break this to you, but it’s not at all and never has been.
“Anecdotal evidence”
The four wheel steering and torque vectoring which make the RS so fast around a track require the PDK gearbox. So. There’s that. Also, the RS is designed for lap times, and is not even slightly at all inferior d/t not having a manual gearbox.
Jealousy is unbecoming, even on the Internet
So, you don’t trust yourself to accelerate up to highway speeds in a straight line on a dry, straight road? Maybe you shoudn’t have an M5...
Well yes but how would one know that in a multi-turn complex like this? There is no way to know that somewhere up ahead, a guy will just literally turn in front of you going a fraction of your speed. Ferrari should have been going a bit slower maybe, but this is not primarily his fault in any way. That's not how track…
It was the fastest car in the world and one of the best-handling. It was in no way, shape or form a disappointment. Only for people who wanted to win the cylinder-count dick measuring contest.
Cause people were idiots, yes. Not for legit reasons.
Really hard to believe this, any difference would be so small that it would basically be irrelevant.
That engine makes far, far less torque and makes it all up high. Would also never survive in the environment the Raptor is meant to excel in. TT V8 is unnecessary with numbers like this coming from a smaller, lighter, less complex engine.
So you’d rather have a slower, heavier, less powerful, less torquey engine with less favorable power/torque curves? For feels? Got it.
I’m as anti-government as it gets, but I’m also pro-logic, pro-facts, pro-science, and pro-math. This insane, deranged reply did nothin to change anyone’s mind nor did it present a shred of evidence for your (charitably) out-there beliefs. Do better.
Calm the shit down, guy. Jesus.
That’s not at all the same thing this system is doing. Try reading the article.
Can’t get enough data. If people used this system properly we wouldn’t have these problems. If things like this are never done, nothing will ever be accomplished in a reasonable amount of time.
You must not like the words “personal responsibility” appearing next to each other in sentences.
That’s simply false.
I mean, it’s not just roughly approximating that there’s things in front of it, like radar cruise has for years. It’s literally building an image of the surrounding world that can be used to guide the car. All current systems use cameras as well as radar to do this, and I’m sure the Tesla system will continue to use…
