I agree completely. It’s hard. Terribly hard...but if your body can’t keep you alive due to a terminal non curable or treatable disease, then you should not be alive.  

Seriously wish the USA would recognize these kinds of marriages. It would save me a lot of time and effort trying to figure out how to protect my two partners without being able to simply marry both of them. I am guessing that you are quite young? Once you are an adult a ten year age gap should not be significant.

46 and 35 is way less significant of a gap than 36 and 25. (Or 26 and 15, for that matter.)

She was convicted in 1984, only a few years after Texas reinstated its death penalty. It wasn’t quite as bloodthirsty during that time. Plus she’s white and, probably more importantly, a woman. Plus, the crimes didn’t tap into current cultural fears (sex and drugs) like Karla Faye Tucker’s did.
