It’s extremely funny to me as at this point it wouldn’t matter if they not only backtracked but gave devs more, they have so completely fucked their relationship with us that trust is eroded. Obviously anyone who already has a project in motion with them or has one live is in a very different spot but no one wants

It really is quite bizarre, I booted up Xenoblade 3 to play the DLC a while back, and every single time it takes me a while to get adjusted to how ugly everything on the Switch is, even though the design of the world in Xenoblade 3 is fantastic, it just ends up looking ugly.

If it was on the PS5 it could be a stunning

There’s 2 perspectives on this:

Basically yeah. Sorta like calling him Elmo, but that’s an insult to the puppet.

They’ll beat that horse until the day we see an article for Switch 2 confirmed, if it keeps pulling in money I get it, Nintendo is going to Nintendo.

(El)on (Mu)sk. It’s a thing, I guess. Personally I’ve taken to calling him Tony Shart.

wow tysm tommy, i really do appreciate that <3 i always try to be forthright in my posts but if i end up missing something or feel like i could’ve explained things better i like hopping into the comments to discuss with all of y’all. some folks here are very mean and that hurts my feelings. it’s fine, i’ll get over it,

This is sure to piss off some people 6 years from now when the game launches.

“But they don’t understand our business GENIUS!”

These guys are straight up Elmu levels of jackass.

pst, you’re still my favorite author because you’re so open in the comments. I hope the trolls haven’t dampened that.

“Instead, it seems we have reached the point where it’s time to admit the Switch can’t handle some of the bigger games coming out these days”

i think you’re right: lies of p is a bit more sekiro than bloodborne, though the combat feels more bloodborne than sekiro. so if you go into the game knowing that - like how vegito is more vegeta than goku - then you might have a better time mastering the perfect guard than worrying about dodging everything

My favorite Halo campaigns are the side story ones - Reach and ODST.

John “you’re all fucking idiots” Riccitiello, former EA CEO, gets publicly slammed and shamed for his and other board member’s greed.

Reach was peak Halo for me, Bungie went out with all guns blazing. Best campaign, MP, maps, customization, it was at its best. Same with Gears 3, EPIC went all out since they knew it was their last outing, once again, best campaign, best MP, best horde and beast modes, best maps.

Hell yeah, Reach will always be one of my favorite FPS games. Pretty much a perfect package.

They’re also ‘confused’.

So they’re anxious, insecure and just don’t get it. For which Unity apologizes?

Even if they decide to completely scrap this inane idea, they’re screwed. Who would ever trust them after this?

I feel like backward compatibility is kind of a given, the Switch is the only Nintendo system in the past 20 years to not have backwards compatibility and it's really not hard to see why it didn't. Unless the Switch 2 is a wildly different form factor, I see no reason to expect otherwise.

I want some kinda “Mario Kart Maker.”
