Competitive gamers, especially in the West, are not going to take XIV remotely seriously until it gets a technology refresh. Even the new content is ugly, low poly, and unresponsive. New netcode and graphics engine would be about the only thing to pull me back. So... FFXVII = mmo? 

It’s pretty big. You can uninstall Campaign (or 4k textures) though, free up ~30+ gb.

I too was incredibly underwhelmed by FW. It just didn’t do anything new... and to make matters worse, it took a few steps back narratively. 

Overwatch sucks as a twitch shooter, it has no ring zero anticheat and 64hz tickrate and a floaty game engine. Agile players are still going to just play CS/Valorant, Overwatch continues to pine after players who have no interest in their product.

I got Goosebumps from reading the word “Reach” and I will never watch this show. Hope they do it right! If they do, it would serve as a good film in and of itself. 

i don’t think anyone, certainly not myself, is arguing why or let alone if they’re the market leader. the answer is always going to be games and their eight generation dominance. i’m just surprised they haven’t put more effort into a smooth UI. seems about time.

It is baffling how much marketshare sony has and yet how unintuitive and ugly their UI/UX stuff still is.
