Having restored a car from start to finish, I can tell you that you are getting what you pay for with Singer. That sort of fit and finish is extremely hard to get.

That’s a ridiculous under statement.
“Based on the new five-door Civic Hatchback, they say this bad boy has substantial body, chassis and braking upgrades to make it worthy of being the first Type R car ever sold in the U.S”
I wish someone would explain why some of these things are bad. Bluebrries, strawberries and apples? Why are those only ok in moderation?
It’s a modified car with a custom/aftermarket hood. Sometimes things don’t line up perfectly and require a small amount of attention and finesse.
You can’t really get any stickier than a fresh set of Trofeo R, short of going to an all out Michelin slick... I doubt there’s anything fishy about the tires.

It shits all over the GT-R.
It’s more subtle than that. Drag racing isn’t just about planting your foot to the ground and holding the wheel straight. There are a lot of intricacies with regard to understanding how to set up the car for maximum traction, dialing in your own reaction time, modulating throttle, hitting the right shift points, etc.…
That’s a weird theory.
They make other stuff, but the best, most interesting stuff, are their muscle cars. Nothing wrong with that at all - it’s a part of their brand identity.
I never understood why people would be willing to pay more money for a base model Lexus over an optioned out Toyota, but there you go.
Why would they stop using the name? Camaro aren’t supposed to be budget. The point is that it’s a “muscle car.” It’s bigger than a traditional sports car, providing greater practicallity than something like a 911 or a Corvette, but is at the same time visciously fast.
Cheaper for a few reasons.
Serious question - do you think she’s going to make a BAD Major?
A truck. Get a truck.
I’d take the ZR2 over a Raptor every day of the week. Raptor are just way too big.
It looks cool, but it completely ruins any rear visiability that car once had, and any additional utility gained from the extra storage space is unusable, since it just blocks the rear window even more.
Possible - but I also haven’t heard of anyone re-gearing.
Why? Gear ratios? Isn’t it the same motor?
