So from what I understand, if I already owned a Hellcat, then just stripped the interior out and tossed on drag radials, I would essentially have the same car minus some lighter components here and there and some cool body work.

Hah, I don’t know you at all, and I’m not sure if you’re aware of this, but people often lie about their sources on the internet.

So... I’m still not going to believe random internet people without any tangible evidence?

I like that it’s a drag racer - that part is great.

Why is it a good thing?

So what do you get with the different trim levels?

This is intriguing for sure - I’m still not convinced it won’t be AWD, but we’ll see.

I’m not believing “some kid at Car and Driver,” I’m just doubting the dubious “sources” that you’ve cited, as it’s literally hearsay - you have no actual “cite” of a reputable source for me to believe. I’d also assume that Car and Driver, MotorTrend, and any of those other large publications also attended the same

You definitely don’t need to apologize, because really I don’t care either way. But it’s almost for sure AWD.

Man, I’m definitly with you on this. Not only is there plenty of evidence that this thing has AWD in those cryptic marketing videos, there’s even precedent an AWD Challenger that has the same exact fender flares. On top of that, in the above video you can basically see the same body seam on the front flare pictured

re: the 400 lbs loss - i replied to your othe comment explaining howthat’s feasible (with facts!).

That X-Ray video doesn’t show ANY differentials... neither a front nor a rear. I don’t see how anyone can point to it in support of the the assertion that the car doesn’t come with AWD.

I think it’s AWD. I don’t buy this logic.

Is there any basis for this beyond pointing at the x-ray press pic above? There was at least one burnout pic they posted that appears to have 4 marks suggesting that it may be AWD.

Whelp, I take it back.

To play devil’s advocate - is there actually a “religious test” being put in place? I thought it was specifically just prohibiting people from seven (predominately) Muslim countries. While that’s bad enough as is, it still isn’t exactly a religious test.

It’s hands free ‘cause you dial with your nose.

Disappointingly click-bait headline. Obviously the engineers tested scenarios when drivers wouldn’t pay attention while using Autopilot - they are engineers after all. That’s what they do. The fact that they quickly identified that as a problem and worked to come up with solutions is a good thing.

I dig the meaty tires - happy to see a manufacturer putting something geared more towards function than form.

There’s an ARMENIAN Ranger?!?
