Tom, you were close but misspelled “PreRunner”

I’m guessing this is due to BMW’s manufacturing process. The factory tour in Munich was pretty amazing. It was a 3-series factory, but a seeming random variety of models passes through the process at any moment. Convertibles can be right in line with sedans, GTs, wagons, in any trim. All the automation in the line

Now playing

Came to post most of what has been said. Other than tires, Ophir generally wouldn’t be a problem. I took some video of a couple when I was out a few years ago for the FJ Summit, interloping in an older Land Cruiser. At about 8:00 is that stretch of Ophir. From what I remember people would usually have more

I find Chevy Trailblazer/GMC Envoy in the same class of offensive as the Compass. It is like giving up on life.

Greatest?

After you get your dimensions and connector dialed, don’t forget strut force! Too little and sad panda wimpy lift window. Too much and you will be surprised just how fast a rear lift can shoot up!

Ah yes, the 330i, which is the American version of the 328i, which was the American version of the 320i. With the 2.0L I4.

While I am not a fan of the soft-roading meme for myself, I’m ecstatic that there exists another avenue and enthusiastic community that gets people out and explore. This is partly selfish as I’ve increasingly seen access to public lands diminish over the decades, dispersed camp sites removed, campgrounds closed and

We have this thing in much of the western US called Beautiful Scenery. I am a fan. Come take a road trip out and see it!

To add to the BMW list, 2004-2010 BMW 128i in coupe or convertible. 3L N52 I-6 motor, 230HP.

But McLaren as a customer team to Haas’ factory team? Hmmm...

Too bad it wasn’t a wet race then. Viewers would have gotten a better show.

That section of 101 up to Crescent City and onto 199 to Grants Pass is excellent. So much fun when I had the BMW. I’ve driven the Strada della Forra and it is so narrow in places! This coming from someone used to rock crawling and steep dropoff widths you can find in the Colorado passes around Ouray. I watched buses

CP. Run far, run fast. There is a thread on e46fanatics forum about this car.

My issue has been Land Cruisers instead of David Tracy’s Jeep obsession. I am now down to three.

Somehow Toyota made it look like a PT Cruiser rear.

Glad you made it through and hopefully you get to enjoy the summer in your DD as a reward!

Nice review! It’s too bad you didn’t try to get that early 40 up to 85 on some asphalt. You would start to see shortcomings at about 60-65mph, especially without an overdrive and stock size tires.

Zarco is riding like a beast. Over performing and placing a lesser bike up with the big boys. As a rookie.

I tend to agree. I like that BMW’s is, for now, non-touchscreen as I can easily navigate keeping my hand on the controller instead of hunting and marking up a screen. IDrive also has an awesome feature that you can assign 8 function keys to nearly anything in the interface(my favorite assignment was for shutting the
