It’s a strange C-piller too. One shot on the (US) passenger side shows it as a possible external storage compartment? It bulges out a bit more and has either a handle or vent and some seam lines that indicates it might open.

33x10.5r15s or 255/85r16s are the sweet spot. 255/80R17 might work too.
 BFG also has a 34x10.5r17 that has a spec height of 33.5" (BFG likes to overstate heights in general).

I think there are more variables involved. Most of my experience is with earlier Land Cruisers and I’ve had a range of engine/trans/tcase/(extra tcase) combos.

Vortec swap. Or the Toyota 1HD-T I6 turbo diesel. Compatible overdrive transmission, manual or auto. Cruising speeds, no problem. Easily within budget.
