Well lets not go overboard "really good job" is kind of pushing it. The character was essentially rewritten to be super stiff so his lack of acting ability would seem intentional. I admit he didn't stick out like too much of a sore thumb but he certainly wasn't the high point.

The pay that a big name actor gets for voice work is a fraction of what they get for in person work. I think that's more the issue. Sure, three million for the voice is one thing, but 10 million for a body you don't actually get to show off is another.
