What I reckon the problem is that cultural incompetency aside, there’s nothing much wrong with any of the presenters, it’s that no-one any longer seems quite sure what show they’re on to the point of chaos.

that’s layered, not tiered

This one is my favourite

Have you seen James Acaster’s bit making fun of transphobic comedians? That shit is hilarious.

That’s the infuriating part, isn’t it? Like, it’s so hateful but at the same time you can’t help but say, “there is absolutely every incentive in the world to do exactly this thing.”

By now I’m just like (to Dave), what is your actual point sir, beyond adolescent trolling?

There’s way, WAY too much cash and opportunity available to cynical, self-serving, professional contrarians.

Aren’t intelligence, critical thinking and the ability to contextualise distrust in institutions something some of us are lucky to have?

Shouting out from Australia where most of my (many, many) big-ass spider interactions have been with huntsmans. Fucking massive but mainly harmless.

This is going to sound a bit dumb and simplistic but like, why is Nicki Minaj so intent on being such a dick?

Right? I’m like, shocker, woman-beater says “fuck you, woman” to his daughter?

the Ben Carson of people whose eyes open all the way”

I fucking LOVE Colman Domingo.

I judge it differently based on the original circumstances. I'll never judge a working class person for taking the only secure job available to feed their family but if you're just some middle class kid with a hard on for military BS I'll happily call you a POS.

Anyone who hasn’t, do yourself a favor and check out Michelle’s new podcast. It’s excellent.

I don’t think it’s incendiary to state the simple fact that we all dance around, with every reason to fear accusations of sedition or treason, to say that the STRUCTURE of the current system can’t be overthrown without violence. Whether or not we’re willing to commit the sort of violence necessary is another question.

I’ve been on SSRIs most of my life.

I’m not mad that he’s still got a career but this whole thing would be much easier to swallow if he’d showed even an ounce of contrition.

What I love about John Boyega is he’s really good at not being drawn into circular arguments or tokenistic, ‘after-the-fact’ damage control.

I think his words are ridiculous but can I just say, when media continually frames questions in an“Is this acceptable? Yes/No?” sort of way from famous black men, it’s hardly fair to get mad at Rock for answering the question, even if his answer is stupid af.
