You don’t relocate. You build a new, state-of-the-art plant in Mexico and shutter the old shitty plant that was a hand-me-down from GM and Toyota where you had to build cars in tents. After the new plant is pumping out cars at 1/10th the labor cost. See VW, GM, Ford, etc. for how to do it.

In my years of corporate bureaucracies, they would totally rather spend that money doing those things than providing better work conditions that costs much less. They would rather pay someone brand new 30% more pay than a seasoned person that’s been there for 5 + years. So while you’d think that wouldn’t make sense,…
