On what may be one of the most beautiful stretches of road in California, hikers and bike riders rule.”

I hate to hit everyone with CA1 over the head, as it’s such a common highway to tout, but driving it on an early, EARLY spring morning north of Malibu headed up to Santa Barbara is just... sublime.  Like, there’s nothing like it anywhere in the rest of the country.

What I can’t figure out is this.  What 10 and 12 year olds in the Western World don’t have cell phones?

Are you kidding? They could have even been struck by a stray meteorite! Such reckless behavior.

I mean, shame on the airline but also, really feels like you should not be sending your preteens on flights without at least having a way to contact them. 12 year olds can definitely have a phone. At least buy them a prepaid phone for the flight and pickup logistics. Anything can happen (this article showcases that)

“Florida mom” “NY Post” - sure, Jan. Slow news day?

Well, airlines have put unaccompanied minors on the wrong flight before.

“...they’re very lucky the children didn’t end up in Mexico or Latin America or wherever.”

Martin should probably just avoid interviewing any celebs, unless they come to him (and provide a resume in advance).

Will be absolutely no problem getting this off of the non-operational status. Will have to go to DMV, pay the current years registration and get it smog inspected. Since its not licensed, the DMV will give three no charge “trip permits” each good for a single day use.  Get the smog certificate and plates and title are

Quite odd how he wasn’t all bent out of shape this time because it was a white guy razzing him and not a black woman.

I imagine the arm would injure Evelyn quite severely.

The local police were unwilling to perform a search

“Honey, where’s the tarp for the campsite?”

Its a much higher likelihood that the cops will abuse the airtag data to the detriment of the owners, than they will use it to catch theives.

Good question, it hasn’t come up so far. I do usually have a set of keys from another car in the door pocket. They have an AirTag and I usually hear little beeps from them when I start moving, but I buried the second Tag where it won’t be heard. I only have my one iPhone with me when driving, so I just don’t know what

Good idea on having the two in there.

Just stake out 95 through PG County: it’ll be along soon enough riding on it’s backwheel and shutting down traffic for 5 miles. 😁 🏍️

I’m surprised that Tesla used a real latch on this.  Shouldn’t it be something that is opened after going 6 menu’s deep on the tablet?

It’s the perfect size for Bladerunner to store the blades he runs.
