While my first argument was for the Chevy 5.3, the fact is that the EcoBoost gets more torque throughout the entire RPM range until you scarily close to red-line.
What is the incentive to lie? Do you know what Fuelly is? It's an app people use to track gas expenditures and fuel efficiency.
