Thanks! It is crazy. I just kept it so well-hidden even from her, I guess. It was highly embarrassing to me and comes with a load of body-images issues. I'm hopeful that treatment can help, because I'd like to be able to look at myself without being physically ill and eat without beating myself up. It's a lot of work.
