I can tell you that this wouldn’t look better under communism. I know people who grew up in Eastern Germany and always carried a bag in case something rare, like bananas, was available. Without capitalism there would be even less incentive to satisfy this demand, the cards would end up in the black market, or, let’s

They should but they won’t. This is what eventually tired me on Animal Crossing. There are so many small improvements that in sum ruin the game over time. Despite people even making elaborate videos on how these quality of life improvements could look Nintendo does nothing. Everytime I pick up a piece of carefully

You don’t need to have them all at the same time though. I usually subscribe to most of them once or twice a year for a month, binge everything I want and then unsubscribe again. Only exceptions are Mubi and Criterion, in part because I want to support them. Well, and I guess Amazon Prime, but that's really because

If you have a consulting business of any size greater than one or two people, you want to make sure that none of your customers make up more than 50% of your revenue to avert risk of you lose that customer. Now this isn't a consulting business, but I still won't about the disaster that might arise when the golden CoD

Is there a world map on which I can see how much of Portland is covered? How accurate is it?

I am usually not a big fan of roguelikes either, but played a lot of Hades this year and had a reasonable amount of fun doing so.

I am wondering about Hades. I’ve been playing it a ton. It’s an easy game to squeeze another round in and to have a sense of progression. On the other hand I feel it’s a high-level skinner box-style reward loop with a tighter one inside of it. This makes for a very addictive experience. This is likely why I keep

Ho is it that neither the article nor any of the comments mention Mirror’s Edge. From the description that seems like darker Mirror’s Edge with more violence. Is that a fair comparison?

While I agree with your evaluation of mainstream cyberpunk, I am not sure I agree with the over saturation. I can think of very few games or movies that have done the setting well. I am particularly hard-pressed on games.

I actually had to stop watching Babylon Berlin because exactly that’s what the Nazis did in the show and in reality. It was too close to what’s happening, especially living in Portland Oregon and having grown up in Germany with relatives who distributed flyers agains Hitler. Great show, but I’ll need to get back to it

Zelda II and some of the Front Mission games come to mind immediately as well.

Why not sell physical media directly as well?

Why not sell physical media directly as well? Cut out that middle man!

Especially with topics like this, humor can unfortunately quickly be problematic and is frequently abused as a cover for what people actually think. Several extremist acts of violence have in fact started out by people sharing “jokes” in places like 4chan. Fine line between humor, malicious trolls and disguising

I’m not sure what value those l these numbers provide, given that at least the PS5 is sold out. We are really just comparing production numbers aren’t we?

You said that the other commenter and most other people are the polar opposite of Luke. The parent comment called out that their friends were all on Xbox. That's the part I was responding to. That's the part in which it matters that the PlayStation outsold the Xbox globally and pretty much dominated outside North

Why did you even need a new graphics card after two years?

With all these amazing exclusives somehow not being good enough, what the hell are you playing on Xbox?

A lot of this seems to come down to region. A quick Google search shows that the PS4 clearly outsold the Xbox in Australia. In fact the  North America seems to be the odd one out with a relatively strong Xbox presence.

This is concerning. I want a God of War that takes full advantage of the PS5. If they keep pushing the decision off, I worry that design compromises will be made.
