I collected carts at a major hardware store in college. Despite being in a semi-large metro area, it wasn’t too uncommon for people to leave behind bottles full of piss or chew spit. Based on smell from the containers without lids, I’d actually rate chew spit as being worse. Looking back on it, I’m equal parts

Elon is a cell phone company away from us needing to get Eggsy involved.

Lotus was the first one that came to mind. Whenever I see one or read about them, I just want to say “keep it up little guy!”

We get tons of anoles around our house and the occasional toad, garter snake, and rough earth snake (or maybe Texas brown snake?). The frequency of our backyard small reptile habitat seems to keep the kids happy and make it easy for us to not have to deal with indoor animal tanks.

I’ve been meaning to look into the (often online) idea I’ve seen about requiring cops to carry something similar to a doctor’s malpractice insurance.

That Fisher Price Service Center plus Legos was a great combo. That old Fisher Price stuff lasts longer than pretty much anything made in the last 10 years.

I would consider allowing retirement if they also have to forfeit their pension.

I know they’re popular, but a friend had one in high school and it was kind of a dick. One of my kids loves reptiles, so that may end up being a thing though once I think he can take care of it.

Depending on how it was raised, a python is a pretty good non-dog pet. I’ve always wanted one, but not enough to pay for the bedroom sized terrarium these things eventually need. My wife found a kitten in one of our engines and demanded that we keep it because she rescued it. I wonder if could win the same argument

They are selling themselves. There may be changes in products and backgrounds, but they are always at the center of it.

That is a wonderful way of putting pre-social media life. Our bubbles often contained a few local crazies and maybe one uncle with racist dog whistles that just ignored. Then social media told us what everyone thinks all the time...

It appears he had a type that he aimed for. I’m not sure I’d expect him to have survived if he just picked 10 random cars on the LA roadway before one ran him over.

Just put jet packs on it at this point. Why drive it if you won’t even win a Darwin Award when it kills you?

Minhaj lying on stage as a comic shouldn’t generally be considered immoral. It should be assumed that a stand-up comic is lying for comedic entertainment purposes. However, if he’s lying about & doxing real people in his routine and then gaslighting people off the stage, he can be called an asshole and deal with the

Imagine being such an idiot that a person would conflate pulling someone over for expired tags with a person stopping in a traffic lane to get out and hit another person’s car, as though those 2 circumstances are at all related.

I think people need to realize that basically all forms of entertainment are art, which means none of it has to be true. It can be inspirational or recognize real events, but every consumer should know they are potentially being lied to, since the entertainment factor is all that really matters to a performance. Maybe

Talking about generations is like talking about BMI. They are academic terms that have overflowed into mainstream conversations and generally just devolve into people judging others. Reviewing macroeconomic trends and how big social groups act is pretty important for the general understanding of how stuff impacts

In some businesses there are non-performance based benefits to working in office. I had a few different desks that were near people on different teams or with different roles that I was able to learn various things from. My team had those same roles, so I could have gotten answers from them, but my pool of supports
