I kinda bet you would. There’s clearly far too much detail put in Destiny’s lore and backstory that it would be impossible to relay in any understandable form either while you are playing it, or as flavor text on items in game. I feel that Bungie have overdone the complexity of the story they are trying to tell. As a

ar ... you have no idea what the details of that business deal are. all you are doing is spouting your ill informed notion of what happened because it supports your notion that you have been somehow undercut.

that D2 controller is an embarrassment.

I wish when I uninstalled this (since that’s what I’m in the process of doing) it gave me the option to send a message to the developers.

“That’s a flowchart.”

thing was, in the announcement video back in May, Mike Morhaime (Blizzard Ent. President) said Destiny 2 would be coming to “battle.net” and people assumed it was a slip of the tongue. And this was a time when we were supposed to be calling it Blizzard App.

... That was the game people remembered. It was the result of millions of players giving Blizzard feedback, and Blizzard reacting directly to that feedback.

After a gantlet of interviews

they fixed it by getting rid of Jay.

my D1 PS4 was just plain white. oh correction, it was Arctic White

Didn’t know the guy, but am so glad that video games can provide a way for his contributions to live on in the years ahead. I trust Bioware will put something into Anthem that represents what Corey means to them and gives players an opportunity to say thanks.

you didn’t actually find this difficult did you?

It took a few hours before I got used to playing this with a controller on ps4 - and a couple more hours experimenting with changes to the HUD layout and scale but now it feels pretty decent. I find targeting to be a bit ugly and am always cycling through too many things before I hit the right enemy, but that could be

I’m in the same state. Need to get rank 7 in the last book to get all seven of those emblems - and you know... I think I’m fine leaving it where it is.

I’m with you, in that I prefer the ability to have the mouse and keyboard close together, particularly when gaming.

I guess we’ll just wait to see how many other first party and cross platform titles end up running at 60fps. Currently (and yes they are only pre-alpha versions) both Anthem and AC Origins shown running on XB1X at E3 were both 4k checkerboard rendered @ 30fps. Hitting 60fps with these CPU’s is not easy.

Even Microsoft’s own titles will not be running at 4k 60fps as the console has extremely limited CPU headroom which is the main reason 60fps on these consoles is not possible/trivial. (Crackdown 3 for example is going to be 30fps @ 4k.)

oh really.

IF there are Bungie staff that have played for more than 2000 hours, why does the Postmaster still totally suck?

nice post.
the other thing that bugs me is the desire in the industry to continue the stereotypes about gamers. we saw this in the super-lame segment on e-sports in the bethesda e3 event. perhaps it’s a generation thing, but none of the people I know that I consider to be hardcore gamers (we’ve been playing games for
