FMA: Brotherhood is great. All of the 'villains', Fuhrer King Bradley, Father/The Dwarf in the Flask, and especially Scar, are just as fully fleshed out, complex, and sometimes just as sympathetic as the heroes, and the heroes are just as flawed as the villains in many ways. I should watch that again.

How in the fuck can you sincerely claim that an organization led entirely by men isn't masculine enough?! I can't even begin to wrap my head around that level of privilege and ignorance.

That first GIF is utterly fabulous. What is that from?!

I love Wes Anderson and his works, so I am excited that GBH pulled as many Oscars nominations as it did. But Alejandro G Inarritu* desrves best director, hands down.

Grand Budapest Hotel isn't dramatic enough to win best picture. But maybe Birdman is.

Agreed. Plus, there's Rim Space, and Pirates and Bounty Hunters (raiding/attacking ships!) expansions packs. And you can also play solo if you want. Can't top that.

Who are the scientific equivalents of Zarbon and Dodoria?

That's just a boilermaker.

Luna: No, Pluto, you stay here. Get a job, or, like, um... find a husband.

Damn. Gonna need a senzu for that one.

Do they all have to be voiced by one person? If so, I nominate Regina King (Huey and Riley Freeman). If multiple voice actors, I'd say get the woman who did The Powerpuff Girls.

There needs to be more Rinko Kikuchi in everything.

Ok, we can shut down the comments for this article now.

Came here for Venture Bros images/clips. Was not disappointed. Season 6 can't come quick enough!

Go White!

Not what I'd call gross, but definitely funny and entertaining.

i'm typing this in one hand b/c i have yet to remove my other hand from my penis having read the penis entries recoiling in fear and relexively grabbing my penis to prevent anything from getting lodged in my urethra

Wow, how amazing for you have had that exposure at such a young age. And in the 70's no less! I didn't think Afrocentric elements became widespread in America until the 90's. But I was only born in the late 80's so I wouldn't know.

I definitely think we need more material like this to demystify non-European cultures

I recognize this art from a children's book! I loved the stories. Didn't know there was a short film. Thank you!

Very cool. Like seeing a Nnedi Okorafor story brought to life. I also like the Chico & Rita animation feel.

I view panspermia less as an origin of life on earth and more of a contributing factor. There could have been life already on earth and an incoming meteor just added more DNA and RNA to the mix.
