Having spent years working at ad agencies, and having friends who still work there, this change alone would go a long way towards making those working conditions more bearable long term. Apply that same thought to the entertainment industry as well.

The real irony is that Los Angeles is a desert city that looked at its dry river beds and either cemented them into water expressways, or built roads on top of them the majority of Los Angeles flooding occurs because those dry river beds still come to life, even though they now have roads on them.

That west coast hatred/envy is strong in this one...
