This is absolutely goofy and a waste of bandwidth. The human voice is only capable of a small frequency variance. Traditional voice bandwidth of 4-5 kHz is more than enough to accommodate any voice clearly and perfectly. Expanding anything beyond that only clarifies everything but voice AKA background noise.
