I’d try it. I’ve had some out there ice cream flavors from Salt & Straw in the past, including some from their Thanksgiving Dinner Series, and I’ve had the famous garlic ice cream at the Gilroy Garlic Festival. Just went and checked and I have five containers of different mustard open in my fridge right now, which is about standard for me. And French’s yellow is always among them. It’s not the best mustard, but it does have it’s place.
