OMG it does!

Just curious, GTA was doing satire of American culture with the fart jokes, I think it’s more like an ironic take on modern marketing practices. What do you like about Red Dead’s storytelling and what do you like about GTA’s storytelling?

I mean whether you’re independent or you’re a subsidiary of a publisher you don’t exactly get to die on your own terms.

Completely irrelevant to anything else but I modeled my character after Wes Chatham’s Amos. And the game allowed me to get pretty damn close. And that was the most exciting thing that I did in my time with the game.

I got into the vanguard missions and felt there was something there. Something!”

Yeah I went from BG3 to it and then from it to Cyberpunk 2.0 and its just doesn’t compare to either

I probably put a lot of time into Starfield, but I’m pretty sure it was mostly time spent building my base that was subsequently broken by bugs and could never be used again.

It’s definitely not better as a control device now. Unreliable and limited. It will improve over time, of course. But I hope that by the time it does get as good or better than physical manipulation of controls (such as the literally-in-Ender’s Game wireball, or even just a standard Xbox controller), humanity as a

my initial thought was “megan fox is still a thing?”.  granted im a decaying corpse but it seems like an odd promotion to me.

I’m here mostly for the OG Alan Wake because I’ve waited 13 years now for the conclusion to the cliffhanger ending, but I would be shocked if The Bureau let alone Jesse isn’t involved if not heavily in the main story then in some form of DLC considering

I see this sentiment a lot, but how much of that was a deliberate attempt to be cerebral, and how much was just not having the time/money to make the special effects convincing? There’s been a lot of times watching TNG where there’s some action-y thing happening just offscreen, and we either only see someone on the

I did not play Valhalla but my understanding is it is appreciably bigger&longer but not double the size or anything.

Word.

The setting and art style was great. I’m a sucker for spooky New England small town vibes and the map (I only explored the first one) had those vibes in spades.

They said the problem was the stream not the game, they had it running at 60 fps (Swen jokingly said he was gonna show the fps counter). Also it runs pretty good in EA.

14 IS an amazingly rich and deep story. It does rely on learning another dimension’s version of physics to have a deep understanding of what’s going on. Luckily, it does a pretty good job of doing it in the context of the action-melodrama of the plot, instead of just tossing it all in a well-voiced encyclopedia a la

Don’t forget Final Fantasy Tactics which (in the original version at least!) is rendered nearly unintelligible by the shoddy translation!

The $70 price point isn’t a big deal considering how expensive games are these days to make and how long the $60 game lasted. It’s kind of bullshit, though, that switch games are getting that price point now on hardware that’s so old. After playing TotK I can kinda see why Nintendo did it, it’s such a massive and

I’ll admit that my takeaway was not “goblin Blanka go goblin mode,” but “Where are this woman’s nipples?”

This absolutely worried me too. Silent Hill 2 is not a love story, Silent Hill is a type of purgatory where James has to confront his decisions and feelings. Mary/Marie is about his desire to have a healthy and sexier and better version of his wife. He needs to understand if his decision to end her life was because he
