Man, I wish I worked at an office that did interesting stuff like this. As it stands, I'm the one who comes in after the guys have done the interesting stuff and lays out the workstations. Yawn.

When I got my first cellphone in 2004 in northern NJ, I was really, really looking forward to getting a 201 area code. We had been pushed out of the 201 area years prior by 973. Not only did I not get a 201, I also did not get a 973. What did I wind up with? 862. Which means any time I give my cellphone number to

With those, it won't matter anyway, because everyone else around you will already have had an earful of what you're listening to.

My HD600's with the Cardas cable upgrade have been known to make me cry while listening to vinyl on them. They cost a lot but the investment is so worth it if you care about sound. Its just on another plane beyond normal headphones.

Reminds me of one of my favorite youtube videos. Nice.

I have a better idea: make a little box like a DUI interlock that will only let you start the car once your cellphone is inside it and locked. It will only then unlock once the car is off again, allowing you access to your phone.

As someone who's spent the last two weeks specing carpet for an office fitout, I heartily agree.

I had one of the most sublime moments in my life biking down Ocean ave in NJ thru Avon, Belmar, Spring lake & sea girt this summer on an old rusted beach schwinn with an ihome dock in the saddle basket playing The Flaming Lips. There was something about the combination of the ambient noise of people on the boardwalk,

You want your kid to be an architect? Don't buy them this. Get them a set or two of maple blocks. They will use their imagination and dream up whole worlds to build and have fun doing it. Legos work too, but as long as they're not part of some campy, pre-determined set. Just get the big tub-o-stuff and let them go

Hey I love my little 500 to death. I spent years lumbering around in a Range Rover so moving into something so light and nimble is awesome. It's not fast, but its sharp around turns and has a great stereo. Its not as overplayed as a Mini and costs 4k less comparably equipped. You should save your pity-hugs for dudes

I feel like this should be pitched by Dr. Funke's 100% natural family band solution.

I feel like Iggy Pop made a song like this.

I feel like most of Chrysler's share has to do with fleet sales and Dodge's offerings. Maybe the 300. But otherwise, I concur that it seems oddly high.

My old Range Rover (a '97) used to do so many odd things that I started to think it was a living thing that had moods. One of my favorites was when the air suspension would try to self-level the car after you got out of it and turned it off. It would sit there, valves ticking, until the car sat level. This worked,

As a USAA customer for banking, insurance & investments, I can honestly say- you guys rock.

USAA?

Changing the ABS accumulator on my old Range Rover was a cinch. You just have to pressure down the brakes by pumping them 10-20 times, put a strap wrench on the old accumulator and spin it off. Mop up any brake fluid that comes out, lube up the o-ring of the new one with new fluid, and screw it back on like a
