It sounds like you eat low-carb, which is totally cool, but the keto diet is different. If you don’t go into ketosis, then you aren’t on the keto diet.

I tried keto for a couple of months, and I tracked my macros in as much detail as I could. Even 50g of carbs was enough to keep me out of ketosis. I had to drop it to less than 15g. As a consultant, I’ve reviewed over 100 NDAs. In general, they should be short and to the point. They all deserve careful scrutiny, but if they are over 2 pages, then I’d review them extra-carefully. I wouldn’t sign any NDA longer than a few pages on general principle.

That said I think it needs to change from strict military service to encompass broader national needs.

Back when I was consulting, I did the same thing. Keeping the money and (more importantly) not having the hassle of paying estimated taxes was more beneficial than the small penalty I paid.

I’ve seen the criticism about Myers-Briggs, but everyone I’ve known who has taken it has agreed with their results. It’s still taught in MBA programs, and it’s still used. The “big 5" is also taught in MBA programs, and it’s often stated that conscientiousness is the most significant predictor of career success.

If someone left $1 and wrote “fuck you” on the receipt, then it’s pretty likely that the service was bad.
