Although you should only get the screws snug and maybe a 1/4 turn. Not tight. Mine has run like that since August of 2011 with no issues. I also offered a 3 year warranty on all the consoles I fixed and not one has come back.

Use a heat gun for 1 minute on medium on the bottom of the board, then flip and high for 4 minutes. Let cool for 1 hour.
