If it is a model that uses a standard drive, a 4 year old with a screwdriver could do it. I couldn't imagine a copier company creating a new standard when a ZIF/IDE/SATA/SCSI/ect. drive would have worked fine.

You just download the RUU from the manufactures website and run it. It is just an EXE you run. Sucks if you have a Mac though. I had to use Bootcamp last time I bricked my phone.
